Please attach the pre-paid UPS return label to the box and send it with the completed return form. If you lost your pre-paid UPS return label, please contact customer service. Please contact to hello@luvluvshop.com

How to Return

After filling out the Return form, put a note in the return box.

Please ship using the same boxes and packaging as possible.

Please peel off the pre-paid UPS return label provided in the shipping box and attach it to the shipping box.

Contact the UPS (www.ups.com) to drop the package to the nearest UPS.

Return Condition

For your purchase to be refunded, you must return it within 14 days of purchasing the item.

Items wishing to be returned must be returned in the same state (unused, unworn) of purchase without defects.

Jewelry, cosmetics and underwear cannot be returned.

Return Package

If the return item does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be returned to you.

Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

You will receive an email when the refund process is complete.

Refund

Luvluv's design is a design product coming from Korea. If an item cannot be delivered after an order, We will refund you immediately after canceling your order.

Exchange

If you want to exchange your order for different sizes and colors, you will need to cancel your order and place your order again.

Cancellation

If your order goes into delivery, you can't cancel it.
