When an order is placed, it takes 3-5 days for the item to be ready.
Please note that the delivery process will take another 3-5 days, so it may take 7-10 days for the total order to be fulfilled.
Please Note: If the recipient refuses to deliver the order due to customs charges, the package is considered abandoned and discarded. Orders cannot be refunded.

As soon as your order is shipped, we'll email you shipping information and a link to track your order. You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account.
Lost Package
We are not responsible for any lost packages in transit as we will confirm the delivery address of the recipient correctly before delivering the order. Please provide an address where you can receive your package safely and accurately at the time of ordering. It is your responsibility to find the lost package during shipping.

If there is a problem with the shipment, we will pay for the return. The return cost due to customer change is borne by the customer.
If you want to exchange your order for different sizes and colors, you will need to cancel your order and place your order again.
How to Return

- After filling out the Return form, put a note in the return box.

- Please ship using the same boxes and packaging as possible.

- Please peel off the pre-paid UPS return label provided in the shipping box and attach it to the shipping box.

- Contact the UPS (www.ups.com) to drop the package to the nearest UPS.
